  1. Simply means to pronounce righteous. Comes from the same Greek root word as righteous (didasko).
  2. God pronounces righteous when we obey Him: 3. Word is used for saints and aliens – 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
  4. Justification is conditional

  5. “Justify” refers to man’s actions:
